Coaching and Player Development
Philosophy
LYSA/CRM soccer is
dedicated to fostering the growth of recreational and competitive youth
soccer players. We teach fundamental, technical skills and tactics, and
encourage creativity and risk-taking in attacking situations. Fun and
“love of the game” are core principles of both spring and summer
programs. The club uses teamwork to help drive overall success and
player and coach development.
Coaches strive
to make practices engaging, competitive, fun and dynamic. In
summer soccer especially, there is an acceptance of the belief
that only through competition can the individual and team
maximize their potential.
