Our La Crescent Youth Soccer Association/Coulee Region Minnesota (LYSA/CRM) is pleased to offer a variety of spirit wear, apparel and fan items for sale to promote team spirit. Selling these items is our soccer club’s main form of fundraising. Everyone and anyone is encouraged to purchase items as they make great gifts for soccer players, coaches, parent representatives, grandparents, etc. Our soccer players are required to wear some items and we are trying to provide a “one stop shopping” experience for all.

To order items, simply:

1. Select the form you would like to order from
2. Print the form (see below)
3. Fill out the order form
4. Write out a check for the total amount to LYSA/CRM
5. Mail the form and check to: LYSA/CRM P.O. Box 20, La Crescent, MN 55947

The Merchandise & Apparel Coordinator will place the orders with Games People Play. Please do not contact Games People Play directly as orders should go through our club. The Merchandise & Apparel Coordinator will inform you or your team’s Parent Representative when your order is ready to be picked up and where you can pick it up.
